The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We only use Google Workspace data (such as Gmail and Google Calendar data) to provide and improve user-facing features of Nexora that you request, such as syncing your inbox, sending emails on your behalf, and managing calendar events.
• We do not transfer Google Workspace data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve those user-facing features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with prior notice to users.
• We do not use Google Workspace data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized, or interest-based advertising.
• We do not allow humans to read Google Workspace data unless we have your affirmative agreement, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), it is necessary to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
• We do not use Google Workspace data to develop, improve, or train generalized artificial intelligence and/or machine learning models.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers.

We may receive information such as transaction identifiers, subscription status, payment status, and limited billing information necessary to manage your account.

We do not need to receive or store your complete payment card number to manage your Nexora subscription.

Nexora may use cookies, local storage, session technologies, and similar technologies to maintain authentication, remember preferences, analyze usage, and operate the Service.

You may be able to control certain cookies through your browser settings.

Disabling certain technologies may affect functionality.

Google user data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the Google-integrated functionality requested or enabled by the user, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

When a user disconnects a Google account, Nexora will stop using the account's Google authorization for future API access. Google authorization credentials and associated connection information are handled according to Nexora's account deletion and data-retention procedures.
