Nexora provides software and AI-powered tools designed to help businesses manage workflows, communications, integrations, information, and AI-powered employees and assistants.

Features may include AI-generated content, business automations, third-party integrations, communication tools, analytics, and other functionality that may change or improve over time.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from the Service.

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use Nexora.

If you use Nexora on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login credentials.

You are responsible for activity occurring through your account and must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not share account credentials in a manner that violates your subscription plan or creates a security risk.

Certain Nexora features require a paid subscription.

Subscription prices, included features, usage limits, and billing periods are displayed during the purchase process.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method associated with your account for applicable subscription fees.

Prices may change in the future. If a price change affects an existing subscription, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.

You may cancel your subscription through the available account or billing controls.

Cancellation generally prevents future renewal but does not automatically reverse charges that have already been processed.

Your access to paid features may continue through the end of the applicable paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

Except where required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy, payments are generally non-refundable after they have been processed.

You agree not to use Nexora to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Nexora or another user's account.
• Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful content.
• Abuse, overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service.
• Circumvent subscription limits, security controls, or usage restrictions.
• Use the Service to facilitate fraud, harassment, abuse, or other unlawful activity.
• Misrepresent AI-generated material as guaranteed human-generated or independently verified information where doing so would be misleading or unlawful.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Nexora uses artificial intelligence and third-party AI technologies.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or inappropriate.

You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated output before relying on it, publishing it, sending it to others, making business decisions based on it, or using it in circumstances where accuracy is important.

Nexora does not guarantee that AI-generated output will be accurate, unique, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

Nexora may connect with third-party services such as email, calendars, CRM systems, payment platforms, communication services, storage providers, and other applications.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the applicable third party's terms and policies.

Axiomix is not responsible for outages, changes, limitations, security incidents, or actions taken by third-party services.

You retain ownership of content and information that you submit to Nexora, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the Service.

You grant Axiomix the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, store, and otherwise handle your content to provide and maintain Nexora.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit content to the Service.

Nexora, including its software, branding, interfaces, designs, documentation, and other proprietary materials, is owned by or licensed to Axiomix and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit Nexora or its proprietary components.

We work to keep Nexora available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexora is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Axiomix makes no warranties that the Service will always be available, accurate, secure, reliable, or suitable for your particular requirements.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Axiomix will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Nexora.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiomix's aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Axiomix for the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Axiomix and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

We may suspend or terminate access to Nexora if you materially violate these Terms, create security risks, engage in unlawful activity, fail to pay applicable fees, or otherwise misuse the Service.

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective after termination.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are material, we may provide reasonable notice through the Service, email, or another appropriate method.

Your continued use of Nexora after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms will be governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
